dc.description.abstract	WYSU-FM (88.5) will broadcast the 1987 Radio Tax Clinic Special, a live call-in show, on September 17. The show is designed to help listeners learn about new tax laws. The Kent State University Press has published the book “Salmon P. Chase: A Life in Politics” by Dr. Frederick J. Blue, professor of history at YSU. It is the first modern biography of Chase, a key Civil War-era politician from Ohio and a member of the Lincoln Cabinet.	en_US
