dc.description.abstract	Under a law recently passed by the Ohio Legislature, Ohio men between 18 and 26 will be required to register for Selective Service if they wish to attend YSU or any state institution in Ohio. Those who do not file a completed “Statement of Selective Service Status” form with YSU will be charged the nonresident tuition surcharge of $350 per quarter, even though they are legal Ohio residents.	en_US
