dc.description.abstract	Giuseppe Verdi's "Rigoletto" will be broadcast live from the stage of the Metropolitan Opera House by YSU's fine arts radio station, WYSU-FM, April 6. YSU graduates today were challenged to serve as catalysts for productive, constructive and creative change today and tomorrow. The challenge was made by Carmen E. Turner, general manager of the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area Transit Authority who gave the Winter Commencement address in Beeghly Center to the graduates, their families and friends.	en_US
