Abstract:
Enrollment at YSU Spring Quarter totals 14,009. A Faculty Forum, "Free Enterprise: Benefits and Costs" will be presented April 25 in Lecture Room 132 in DeBartolo Hall. YSU's fraternity and sorority system will present the 33rd annaul Greek Sing April 19 in Stambaugh Auditorium. The program will feature three sororities and four fraternities performing a variety of musical selections. Steven Ashby, national organizer for the Palestine Human Rights Campaign, and Victor Mashabena, African National Congress observer to the United Nations, will speak on two aspects of apartheidism on April 18 in YSU's DeBartolo Hall. YSU's College of Fine and Performing Arts and its Dana School of Music, in cooperation with the YSU Office of Continuing Education, will hold its annual Keith Stein memorial National Woodwind Clinic May 10-11. "Managing Assertively," a one-day seminar, will be offered by the Office of Continuing Education at YSU for May 10.
