dc.description.abstract	The Management Institute of YSU is sponsoring a workshop for administrators and teachers April 29 at The Butler Institute of American Art. It features two sessions. "The Instructional Leader; Principles and Principals" will focus on the new role of principals as instructional leaders and management experts. "The Role of Discipline in the Instructional Process," will introduce methods designed to improve the instructional climate in schools by minimizing discipline problems.	en_US
