Abstract

Twenty-two engineering majors from YSU's William Rayen School of Engineering recently represented the school at the 34th annual American Institute of Chemical Engineers Regional Conference where one YSU senior captured their place for his student research paper. YSU's Department of Foreign Languages and Literature was recently awarded a plaque that commended its outstanding service to foreign language education in northeastern Ohio. Dr. Renee Linkhorn of Boardman, professor of French at YSU, accepted the plaque during the annual convention of the Ohio Modern Language Teachers Association at Cleveland.
