dc.description.abstract	Students protesting a lack of engineering classes gathered outside of Tod Hall. Trustees approved a $20 increase in tuition for the 1980-81 academic year. Part-time students were to pay a graduated General Fee. A YSU lab assistant received burns in an accident involving an outside chemistry experiment. The overall University budget was increased by $3.5 million. Kilcawley Center was to be expanded.	en_US
