dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 371st meeting of the Board of Trustees of Youngstown State University. This is a special meeting. The Board resolved to reject the Fact Finder's Report and Recommendation of the Faculty Collective Bargaining Agreement; and to approve the Selection of the Executive Director, Strategic Workforce Education and Innovation. President Tressel mentioned the recent passing of two international student from Sierra Leone, Muctar Kamara and Nekian Sesay. President Tressel reported on contract negotiations.	en_US
