After many countries went on lockdown due to COVID-19, the majority of international students bunkered down on empty campuses, including YSU students. The new and improved Penguin Pantry provides groceries for students in need. Students are confused about an online fee on their tuition. Due to COVID-19, YSU created Bring Your Own Device labs for students who need a place to attend online-live classes. Campus resources for student parents are given. Juniors and seniors in Williamson College of Business Administration get hands-on experience this semester through the WCBA Student Consulting Initiative. University Nutrition is a new store on Lincoln Avenue. Office of Alumni and Events promoted personal empowerment through entrepreneurship. Music students face hardships with ensemble practice due to COVID-19. COVID stories are told. The YSU Andrews Recreation and Wellness Center adapts of COVID-19 as well as club sports. The YSU Frost Penguins eSports club gained success since officially registering as a club sport. YSU Tennis teams get new home courts with the opening of the new facility on Ford Avenue. |
