dc.description.abstract	Mayor George McKelvey said upgrading Youngstown State University's Beeghly Center into a convocation facility would be the most beneficial was to utilize the assets YSU provides for the city but campus leaders and others are questioning the wisdom of such a project. Vindy writer Bertram de Souza blasts university administration called them as "the Grinch who stole Christmas." Women's soccer coach, Elizabeth Bartley, will not of her contract renewed for the upcoming season and will be replaced by Anthony James from West Virginia Wesleyan College. Family and friends mourn student, Catherine Howell-Richard, who died of cancer. The Student Government Association vows to investigate the tuition issue. YSU police department gets relocated to the new facilities on Wood Street.	en_US
