dc.description.abstract This summer, YSU will host the 23rd Annual Summer Festival of the Arts, and for the first time, the festival will not be held on campus but moves downtown.YSU reported nine new cases of COVID-19 for the week of March 21-17. YSU's Quill, a group within Creative Writing Workshop, allows students to write different pieces such as poetry, short stories, song lyrics and more. Freshman chemical engineering major, Savannah Allen, is also the author of three published books, with plans for many more. A break down is given on how YSU spent its CARES funds. COVID-19 compels teachers to retire. Pandemic pushes the HackYSU competition online. Study abroad opportunities for YSU students went virtual after being postponed in 2020 as a result of COVID-19 travel restrictions. The Dana School of Music is taking advantage of virtual meetings once again to host three guest lecturers for YSU's Fiddle Day, April 10. YSU students Amelia Fisher and Dylan Hawk follow their passion for ink as tattoo apprentices. The YSU Contemporary Ensemble hopes for more opportunities to perform in the near future. The equipment staff are the unsung heroes that keep YSU sports going. YSU's football home game against the University of North Dakota was postponed. Jambar interviews Naz Bohannon, a student athlete who started his own clothing company. The YSU baseball team won three of four games against Wright State University last weekend. en_US
