dc.description.abstract Pietro Centofanti writes to Mary Massullo on a postcard that has an image of men carrying a boat at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. He tells her that he is in the woods cooking for the men. They are learning how to construct a bridge while camping in the woods. This letter is part of documents from the Centofanti family. This collection includes correspondence during the World War from 1939 to 1945 and other family history records. This written correspondence discussed life as a soldier and the city of Youngstown during the 1940s. en_US
