dc.description.abstract The 20th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks occurred this past weekend, and with many YSU faculty, alumni and students have been reflection on the day and observing the memorials on campus. YSU Faculty union speaks out on COVID-19 precautions on campus. YSU welcomes four new police officers on campus. Three weeks into the semester and COVID-19 cases spike. Options of YSU's on-campus housing is featured. Ohio Governor Mike DeWine signs a bill to combat hazing on college campuses. YSU and other resources join the Rodef Sholom temple in an archival project seeking to make sense of artifacts and documents found in the temple's basement. The McDonough Museum of Art is celebrating its 30th anniversary with a plethora of events. The women's soccer team heads into the conference play with a winless season. NCAA put a new policy into effect which allows student athletes to monetize their name, image and likeness. The YSU football teams falls 42-14 against Michigan State University. The YSU football team won in overtime against the University of the Incarnate Word Cardinals in the first game of the season on Sept. 2. en_US
