dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This is a special meeting. A presentation on Taking Charge of Our Future is given by Provost Brien Smith and Mike Sherman. The Board resolved to endorse institutional actions associated with O.R.C. 3345-35 low enrolled courses and low enrolled and duplicative program and to propose amendment to the Board Bylaws: Standing Committee on Workforce Education and Innovation. The Board then moved to enter Executive Session to discuss personnel issues.	en_US
