dc.description.abstract YSU's Excellence Training Center recently replaced several old Fanuc robots with five newer, up-to-date models that cost $400,000. Officials from Foxconn and YSU's National Electric Vehicle Training and Innovation Center expect of have programs running by fall 2023. The International Programs Office at YSU held a donation drive for the victims of an earthquake that shook Turkey and Syria. YSU's Student Government Association announced it was accepting forms to declare candidacy for the 2023-2024 academic year. The number of international students attending YSU has nearly doubled since 2021. The Math Achievement Center is one of the many on-campus services that YSU provides for students. D.O.P.E. Cider House and Winery is featured. JD Eicher has created a name for himself with nine albums, a critically acclaimed novel and numerous live performances. The YSU Baseball Club is featured. The Bible Talks is an organization created by Old North Church that provides bible studies for students at YSU. YSU's baseball team is gearing up for its 2023 season while the softball team already opened it's season in Norfolk, Virginia. The YSU women's basketball team currently sits two games back of first place in the Horizon League with four games remaining. As the regular season draws to a close, the men's basketball ream falls to 20-7 overall and 12-4 in Horizon League play. en_US
