dc.description.abstract The Neon Jubilee begins on Friday. The Jubilee is sponsored by the staff to bring necessary financial aid for the annual. Mr. Howard W. Jones henceforth will be the President of Youngstown College. Mr. Raymond Holly was appointed by the chairman of the Athletic Board to fill the vacancy made by Mr. Stewart Wagner's resignation. Student Council votes any money left over in the Jambar allocation be spend according to the needs of the editor and staff, Raymond Holly was approved to the Athletic Board, Neon was accepted as the name for the year book, and new furniture is put in the "Old House." A welcome is given to the Night students and mid-year new Freshmen. The Hoot Owl is dead. This issue tolls the termination of separate papers by the day and evening schools and announces the birth of a new Jambar. Annual test of the Faculty vs the Senior class in a game of basketball. Faculty wins 38-12. en_US
