dc.description.abstract The Ohio Board of Regents toured the YSU campus. A vigil in support of higher education was planned for Federal Plaza, while a mayoral debate was planned for Kilcawley Center. Richard Mitchell was appointed chairman of the Art Department. YSU student Gloria Allen was profiled for her unusual work as a high school football referee. Two liaison students were appointed by the Board of Trustees. A new student organization, VOI-TWO (Voices of the Third World) was founded. en_US
