dc.description.abstract After 39 years of coaching basketball and baseball, Dominic Rosselli announced his retirement. Irving Howe, noted critic and author, spoke out against totalitarianism in a lecture in Kilcawley Center, and later on immigrant adaptation. Speakers for the upcoming Special Lectures Series were announced. Newly-elected members to Student Council met for orientation. Two students apprehended would-be thieves. A man was sentenced to twenty days in jail for criminal trespassing on campus. Student retention and attrition at YSU were studied. en_US
