dc.description.abstract	Dean of the Beeghly College of Education, Dr. Clara Jennings, files a lawsuit against the director of the Dale Ethics Center, Dr. Gabriel Palmer-Fernandez, almost 11 months after he accused her of committing plagiarism. Robert Harvey and Marla Carano narrowly win the race for Student Government President and Vice President in the elections. classified Staff Banquet, established in 1981, honors retired staff. YSU alumnus, Bill Knecht III, is the newest member of the YSU Board of Trustees. Two losses send YSU men baseball team home from the Mid-Con Tournament. The Dana chorale will tour Europe in June and July.	en_US
