dc.description.abstract Between March 27 and April 25, 1944, 12 government-sponsored war training courses will begin at Youngstown College. It is to be a tuition-free program that is planned to train women and older men to fill position vacated by younger men who have entered the armed forces. Article on St. Patrick's Day.
