dc.description.abstract 29 students vied for 12 seats on the YU Student Council. Mary Fankhauser (Dana School of Music) retired after teaching at YU for fifteen years. Manouchehr (Moe) Hazrat, a YU student from Iran, stated that he believed that Americans may have too much freedom. In the editorial pages, the University’s renewal plan was praised, as was the YU football team. en_US
