dc.description.abstract Ground was broken for the new addition to Kilcawley Center. The Young Democrats sought an apology from President Pugsley following a dispute involving the use of the YSU seal. President Pugsley stated that a cut in the number of faculty was very likely due to budgetary reasons. The dean of the School of Education said cuts were unlikely, though enrollment in the school was down 600 students. en_US
