dc.description.abstract | YOCO basketball team will have its first game of the season with Ohio College of Chiropody December 5. Louis Makres was elected upperclassman representative to the Student Council on Friday. The Jambar interviews Dr. John W. Bare. There is a note on what the Jambar is and why it was named as such. Today's Girl explains the reasons why the women of today, are better off then those of the previous generation. Off the Cuff: Student Opinion features a student who wants action on the bathroom door plates which were supposed to be replaced earlier in the semester and still have not. The other feature article is about attending compulsory chapel services. HLN's column: From Behind the Desk remarks on Nearpass' reflection of the poem Michael by Wordsworth. There is a column introducing the Phi Lambda Delta sorority and speaks of its history and activities. There is a petition going around to the college faculty to allow advanced students in chemistry classes to use the laboratories on the weekends. The Banal-ology columns covers commonplace events or incidents about the school, and makes them appear interesting. | en_US |
