dc.description.abstract The Jambar encourages a strong school spirit for YOCO first basketball game of the season. The Thanksgiving Hop was a success and included many YoCo alumni attending. The Vagabond Players of Youngstown College offered their first play of the season Tuesday December 1 in the new auditorium. "The Fifty-fifty Club" speaks of who should foot the bill on a date, men? women? or both? Off the Cuff: student opinion speaks of the Varsity Y Club being opened to parlor athletics and others wrote in saying that from the observation of students the name plates on the lavatories seem appropriate. HLN's Column: From Behind the Desk, discussion school spirit for the basketball team. The students of the day L.A. college are invited to a dance to be held in the college auditorium December 5. The dance is sponsored by the Evening Student Council. The Jambar interviews actress Irene Rich on crashing into the movie scene. There is an update on the Basketball team who are putting on their "final touches on their flooring technique" for December 5ths game. The Banal-ology columns covers commonplace events or incidents about the school, and makes them appear interesting. en_US
