dc.description.abstract YSU student David Beacom announced his refusal to cooperate with the local draft board. Cartoonist Bill Mauldin addressed students and faculty in Strouss Auditorium. YSU students majoring in broadcasting received practical experience at WKTL-FM, the radio station at Struthers High School. A student committee was appointed to evaluate English courses, the Community of Concern compared the United States to South Africa in its racial outlook, and the YSU basketball team hosted a Canadian team from Toronto. en_US
