dc.description.abstract The upcoming lecture by ABC-TV science reporter Jules Bergman was announced. The Registrar predicted an enrollment of 14, 000 students. Student Council protested Clause 11 of the new 12 Point Statement on Violence as being vague and encouraging of double jeopardy. The Major Events Committee answered charges of a communicatons gap. Sadie Hawkins Day was celebrated. Retiring seniors from the Penguin football team were highlighted, and a basketball season preview was offered. The Dana School of Music was profiled, as were the Geology professors Ann and Earl Harris. en_US
