dc.description.abstract	Denny LaRue was reinstated as chair of Student Council Constitution Committee.. 188 attended the Circle K convention hosted by the YU chapter. John Hitchcock was named Neon editor. Dr. David Behen retires as History Department chairman, while Willard Webster retires from the Biology chair.
