dc.description.abstract An authorization to form definite plans for implementing the Honor Contract System was given to Student Council by the Student-Faculty Discipline Committee. YoCo graduate, Miss Dorothy Fisher, and student, Miss Mary Weichsel, are now the head librarian and assistant at the newly-opened Belmont Branch of the Youngstown Public Library. Tentative library plans include lounge chairs, film, and smoking facilities. Robert S. Stacy, professor of military science and tactics at Youngstown College, has been given a temporary promotion to Lieutenant Colonel. Dolores Costello is the December Jambar Sweetheart. A continuing story is given of Estonian student, Viive Prees, on her impression of America. en_US
