dc.description.abstract The effect of 82 bombings in Youngstown during the preceding decade on YU student attitudes was discussed. University Theatre’s presentation of G.B. Shaw’s “Androcles and the Lion” was reviewed. Vote breakdowns per candidate in Student Council elections were to be released in future contests. Student Council began sponsoring a series of University Convocations. A poem by YU student W.W. Harris was slated to be published in the National Poetry Association’s anthology. American Communist Gus Hall’s book “End the Cold War” was discussed. The Penguin Basketball squad prepared for its first game of the season. en_US
