dc.description.abstract Rep. Robert Taft, Jr., Republican candidate for Senate, was scheduled to speak on campus. YU’s basketball team prepared to meet LeMoyne College in tournament play in Akron. Religion-in-Life sponsored a talk by a staff member of Planned Parenthood. Student Council banned student parking in the aisles of the three student lots. Mildred Breeding, supervisor of the Registrar’s office, was profiled. Dom Rosselli was named “Ohio Basketball Coach of the Year” by “The Columbus Dispatch.” Penguins ended the basketball season with a 23-2 record. en_US
