dc.description.abstract Due to the increase in tuition and the growing of the loan programs, students can expect changes in the loan program. Cultural boundaries are crossed at the African Market place held in Kicawley Center. In YSU's efforts to expand its scope of influence, the University recently signed articulation agreements with Belmont Technical College of St. Clairsville, OH and Owens Community College in Toledo. Ann Marie Martin blossoms with starting role for the Lady Penguins basketball team. The department of international studies is sponsoring a language program in St. Petersburg, Russia this summer. The president of Wendell August Forge Inc., Will Knecht, will speak at the Williamson Symposium. The University's second graduating class of its Executive Master of Business Administration Program was honored recently at a special ceremony at the Youngstown Country Club. Finance major, John P. White, receives the Judith A. Jones Comprehensive Financial Planning Scholarship Award. en_US
