dc.description.abstract	Pan-Hel Sweetheart dance is next week with Fran Restelli as the Pan-Hellnic Sweetheart. The Student-Faculty Relations Committee this week approved a Student Cuoncil proposal to initiate a program for the construction and organization of a Youngstown College Student Union. Jambar enters the Ohio College Newspaper Contents for the 1952 Annual Convention of Ohio College Newspapers. Nancie O'Connor and Fran McHugh have been elected "Miss and Mr. Popularity of 1952."	en_US
