dc.description.abstract	YoCo Student Council was reorganized in an attempt to make representation more effective. Enrollment drops by 400 students bring the total under 3,000. The new library is nearing completion and will include classrooms in the basement. ROTC's Charles E. H. Jones, associate professor of military science at Youngstown college, gets promoted to the rank of Major. Jambar interviews Presidents Jones on his summer trip to Europe.	en_US
