dc.description.abstract | The Fourth Annual Military Ball of Youngstown College ROTC will be held tonight. With the aim of furthering relations between the student body and the Youngstown College administration, the President's Student Committee was recently formed. All Greek organizations on campus will participate in the Second Annual Interfraternity-Sorority Sing May 20. The Jambar was awarded first, "Honorable Mention" in the "Best Bi-Weekly" contest during the 28th Annual Convention of the Ohio College Newspaper Association. Plans are now underway to build a veteran's organization on campus. YoCohooey has been canceled this year due to many conflicting time commitments. A substitute will be a "YoCo Spring Varieties." A Social Science Club has recently been organized. The Beta Sigma Omicron Eastern Regional Conference was held at Youngstown College. | en_US |
