dc.description.abstract	The Inter-Fraternity Council (which was created when the old Pan-Hellenic Council was dissolved) has ratified its constitution and bylaws. Dr. Larew visits Youngstown College as a representative of the American Association of University Women who are considering applications to make the women graduates of Youngstown College eligible to membership. Theme of the 1955 Neon is "The Flapper Age of the Twenties." Dana celebrates Founders Day. A new alumni chapter of Alpha Pi Epsilon Service Sorority has been formed.	en_US
