dc.description.abstract	Edward C. Franklin, Dean of the William Rayen School of Engineering, has resigned his position. Assistant dean, M.J. Charignon, has been appointed to fill the position. Four YoCo students were featured in Marjorie Mariner's special Leap Year television program. The Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and Alpha Tau Gamma Fraternity will receive plaques for the largest contribution and largest per capital donation towards the Library Campaign Drive. A new merchandising department has been established on campus with Professor McKinley Browne as the department head.	en_US
