dc.description.abstract	Student Council passed a resolution changing its by-laws, whereby all future changes to the by-laws must go through a constitutional committee first. The crowning of “The Ugliest Man on Campus” was scheduled to take place at the 9th Annual Jesters Ball. Si Zentner and his Band was booked to play the Junior Prom. The movie “Judgment at Nuremburg” was reviewed.	en_US
