dc.description.abstract	Student Council refused to support a boycott of the campus cafeteria. The president of the Black Student Union refused a university charter, believing such would provide nothing to the group except for a place to meet. President Pugsley stated that fees would remain unchanged “for a year or two.” Foreign Language clubs at YSU were discussed. Dr. Bhagwati P.K. Poddar was appointed to the Sociology faculty.	en_US
