dc.description.abstract	President Pugsley publishes an open letter to the students. Enrollment numbered 14,224, with 1,333 new students. Forty examples of forgery were discovered in the Registration area. Much confusion was reported regarding late registration. President Pugsley presents medals to the mother of an Army office and YSU alumnus killed in action in Vietnam. Jon Nabarezny and the Art Department were profiled. John McElroy broke a scoring record in basketball.	en_US
