dc.description.abstract	Groundbreaking was announced for the new physical education building, while YSU announces a planned $73 million expansion over six years. Community organization Saul Alinsky was booked to speak in Strouss Auditorium. Student Council drafted a letter of protest to President Pugsley over a clause in the University’s 12-point anti-violence statement. More poor student housing was profiled. Dr. George Letchworth, Director of Counseling, discussed fraternities.	en_US
