dc.description.abstract	The newly-remodeled Kilcawley Center opens after many delays. A dean was sought for the new joint medical school. Army ROTC was reaffirmed as a substitute for some general academic requirements. Student Council sought a solution to traffic problems with the City of Youngstown.
