dc.description.abstract	Students appointed to the University Senate were awarded the right to vote. Student Council votes to keep the Penguin as the University mascot. The usage of the YSU seal is defined at a meeting of the Board of Trustees. Student enrollment was down by 703 students from the previous winter. A marble penguin was donated to YSU. The English Department offered a new program, “Literary Landmarks.”	en_US
