dc.description.abstract Possible conflicts of interest were identified in at least two cases on the Board of Trustees, where relatives of Board members were employed by the University. Students were set to elect their first voting Senate representatives. Dr. Jeanne Noble was announced to be the fourth lecturer in the Artists Lecture Series. University-connected landlords protest new city licensing requirements. A new parking plan was proposed by a YSU ecology group. Student Council continued to argue about the retention of the penguin mascot. en_US
