dc.description.abstract	A preliminary hearing has been set for March 21 for four members of the YSU football team on charges stemming from an alleged incident at a campus area bar three weeks ago. Speakers, Phyllis Schlafly and Sarah Weddington, meet head to head in heated debate on abortion. Youngstown mayor Patrick Ungaro announced Thursday that a dozen officers currently holding desk jobs will begin routine patrols within the next month in an effort to improve the response time for calls to the police.
