dc.description.abstract	YSUnited, made up of the three campus unions and student government, protest cuts in higher education. New President, Dr. Leslie H. Cochran, is ready to fill office. YSU Presidential appointee Dr. Leslie H. Cochran said he would delay until December the choice of a new provost during a three-day campus visit last week with Board members, faculty and community members. Student Government will conduct a seminar to develop ways to promote the University. State Representatives address budget problems at forum. Library cuts may affect operating hours and service.	en_US
