dc.description.abstract	Faculty and union officials say they are outraged that the university has voted to suspend national searches for candidates for top-level administrative jobs at Youngstown State University. Current YSU students are borrowing almost 50 percent more money for their educations than those who attended in 2001. Sleep deprivation defines college life.
