dc.description.abstract	Area's top students attend the 10th annual Governor's Summer Institute for the Gifted and Talented at YSU. Phil Hirsch has been appointed as the new executive director of administrative services. YSU Board of Trustees appointment accepted by area mayor and limited service faculty member, Ruth Wilkes. Dr. Janice Elias is named assistant provost for planning to being September 01. Dr. James Houck, English, was honored for 24 years of outstanding leadership and support of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County. Obituary for Dr. James Dale, Professor Emeritus of philosophy and religious studies.	en_US
