dc.description.abstract William J. Brown, vice president and general manager of the Youngstown Vindicator, was appointed to the YU Board of Trustees. In his annual report to the Trustees, President Howard Jones announced an enrollment increase of 866 over the previous spring semester’s tally. The City of Youngstown planned to curb parking on the Wick Oval. Student Council voted on new rules covering dances. Zeta Beta Tau national fraternity conferred chapter status upon YU’s Beta Tau colony. en_US
