dc.description.abstract President Pugsley indicated that faculty would receive the “best salary possible.” Student Council sends a letter of protest to the Mahoning County Welfare Board deploring the unfavorable treatment YSU students received when applying for benefits. A wallet was stolen from an English professor, the Black Studies Program recommended the hiring of black coach, and the AAUP announced that it would fight to become the sole agent for YSU faculty, in opposition to OEA. Limited service faculty members qualify for unemployment insurance for the first time. Beeghly Center neared completion. en_US
