dc.description.abstract Dr. Gratia Murphy, YSU professor of English for 37 years, died at home at age 68. Murphy was a four-time recipient of the Distinguished Professor Award and was also recognized for her teaching by organizations outside the university. At the time of her death, Murphy was nominated for induction into the Ohio Women's Hall of Fame. en_US
